Delivery Options 

What delivery options do you offer?


UK EXPRESS DELIVERY
Your order should arrive within 48 hours (Business days) of ordering, from £15.99. Please note during holiday periods orders may take an additional 2 working days to arrive.
 
UK Ecomony Delivery
Free on ALL orders over £150 or from £9.99 otherwise. UK mainland orders only. Delivery usually between 3-5 working days for orders placed before 2pm.*
*Exclusions apply 

UK Pallet Deliveries
Free on ALL orders over £500 or from £65 otherwise. UK mainland orders only. Delivery usually between 5-7 working days for orders placed before 2pm.*
*Exclusions apply

Please note that our click and collect option is currently unavailable. We apologise for any inconvenience.
 
International Delivery
Unfortunately, we have had to pause our international orders and dispatches.

Our communications about dispatching your order

When you place your order, we will send you an email confirming the order and the items you have ordered.

We’ll send you a second email once your order has been shipped from our warehouse, depending on the item and shipping method this can take a few days.

What couriers do you use?


Carefully Selected Courier Partners

We use DPD for UK Delivery.

You will be given a one hour delivery window via text and/or email. You can track your order at any time using the DPD Tracking

Some of our products are delivered directly from our suppliers warehouses to save time, energy and the environment.

As we have a wide range of suppliers, it is possible that your goods can be delivered via any of the main courier companies in the UK. 

Who are DPD?


DPD are the leading parcels courier in the UK and they have a range of services – We offer these services for our customers with some exceptions*

DPD 10:30 & DPD 12:00
Ensure your parcels arrive by 10:30am or noon the next working day.

DPD NEXT DAY
For parcel delivery in the UK before close of business the following working day.

Saturday & Sunday Delivery
Extend the working week with by 10:30, by 12 or next day delivery on Saturdays, and our Sunday Service is an industry-first, nationwide Sunday service.

What is contactless delivery?


Contactless Delivery
 
As an additional safety precaution, all deliveries via our delivery partners will now be contactless. This will work as outlined below:

Divert your parcel to a safe place
Tell us your preferred safe place for deliveries. Once you receive your email, click through to the tracking section, enter your tracking number, choose ‘divert’ and select a safe place.

Automatic delivery to a safe place
If a safe place hasn’t been chosen but there is somewhere safe to deliver the parcel, we’ll leave it there – even if there’s someone in the property. We’ll take a photo, which will be included in the delivery notification email.

Steps our couriers are taking to avoid contact
If no safe place is available or a signature is required, we’ll knock on the door and step aside making sure the parcel is delivered safely. If there is no answer, we will return the parcel to the depot and re-attempt delivery on another day.

My order has not arrived on time – what should I do?


UK DPD Next Day Delivery
Please allow 24 hours for your parcel to arrive.* – if you are not in and we miss you we will deliver the next day. 
 
UK DPD Economy Delivery
Please allow 3-5 working days for orders placed before 4pm.*
 
*Please allow additional time if you’re expecting a delivery over a bank holiday.

Account Options  

Do I need to set up an account with you?


Setting up an account is really easy and only takes a few minutes. You’ll need to give us your name and address details and then create a password, which you can use to access your account at a later date.

With an account you can check the progress of an order, change your details and save your payment details, which will speed things up the next time you order.

Alternatively, if you’d prefer not to create an account, you can select ‘Continue as guest’ instead. You’ll still need to enter your name, address, email and payment information. 

How do I change and check my account details?


By logging in to your account using your email address and password, you will be able to access your account details.

You will also have the option to modify your delivery addresses stored against your account but unfortunately, we aren’t always able to change the delivery address on an active order, so please ensure you select the right details.

I’ve forgotten my password


No problem – all you need to do is grab a password reminder.

You can find this at the ‘Account‘ section of the site. Click the ”I have a password” and under the box Login will be your ”Forgotten your password”

Simply click on the ‘Forgotten your password?’ link and we’ll email it over to you.

What payment methods do you accept?


We can accept the following cards and payment methods online:
Visa, Mastercard, American Express & Google Pay

Sadly, we’re not able to accept Visa Electron, Solo, Klarna or Laser.

How do I redeem a discount or special offer?


To redeem a discount code, select the basket icon, click ‘View Basket’ and enter the code into the ‘Promo Code’ box. If you proceed to checkout without entering your code you’ve gone too far and need to go back to your Shopping basket.
